  • NFB: Any packers fans?

Besides cars my other hobbies include football, guns, and first person shooters. (and girls but I hope that's every guys 'hobby')

I was just curious to see if there was anyone else on this board who is pro pack.. and if not, who? (please no patriots fans.)

yeah I've got football withdrawal, LOL!

Sorry man, Pats fan here lol. I like Brady because he's from Serra High School, a school where I used to have track meets at...and he seems to always know how to get the job done in the Playoffs. Although I do have major respect for Favre...he has one heck of an arm and will...

couldn't you have waited till I went to sleep to post this? Now I am going to go to sleep with this vision of Thomas Brady holding a super bowl trophy.

lol hey man, you've gotta respect a guy who hasn't lost a post season game nor threw a pick the entire playoffs this year.
But again, with all the adversity and life situations with Favre, I have to admit he is one of the greatest...and I also have a thing for Driver because he always helped out my fantasy team
But hey, my true team is the home team 49ERS, but they were so utterly pathetic this year it wasn't even funny.

Bears baby! I absolutely cannot wait until the Favre era comes to an end. He's an awesome player, but I hate his guts and the fact we have to play him twice a year. Hopefully we'll be able to supress him this year.

Bears/Pack is an awesome rivalry. Have gone to many games between the two teams....it always gets a little rowdy at soldier field. Either this year or the next, I want to buy bears/pack tickets and see them play up at Lambeau. I would love to go in to the lion's den painted orange and blue with an Urlacher jersey on and just taunt every one of 'dem cheeseheads

I too suffer from football withdrawl

Figured a bears fan would reply to this, so I braced myself before opening the thread again..

Now I'm just for that lurking vikings fan to hop out of the shadows.

I love that Moss isn't with them anymore

Bears rule the gride in 80's and will rule in 2005. I'm a Bear fan all the way to the bone. Live in Milwaukee, WI grew up on 99TH and Peoria, Chicago, IL. Still love Chicago but can't live there.

Hard to be a Packers fan. Yeah, the QB is a hero, but he has little support. In these days of free agency, the players don't command respect except for the very few that stay with a team long enough to establish residency. Ain't like in the old days when the players all had second jobs (in a meat factory) and earned $35,000 a year playing football. Not like in the Lombardi era when the players were a family dedicated to winning because they were winners and because they were scared of the grass drills Vince would give them the day after they had a bad game. I love the game, but have absolutely no loyalty towards any of the teams or 99% of the players. I must say, though, there are fans here in WI like exists in no other place I've lived. They are just plain nutz and they love their team.

I'm a packer fan to the bone, livin' in Milwaukee like some of y'all. its sad to seee the butchering that free agency has done to the team. Should be interesting to see how this next season ends up. Go pack!

You should come hang around South Philly sometime. EAGLES fans have to be the most hardcore, I can verify since I am one Where else can you get such crazy team support for a team that has yet to win the big game. I have come to believe it doesn't matter....Philly fans are simply nutz.
