Bears rule the gride in 80's and will rule in 2005. I'm a Bear fan all the way to the bone. Live in Milwaukee, WI grew up on 99TH and Peoria, Chicago, IL. Still love Chicago but can't live there.
I was just in Milwaukee Wednesday, found my friend an apartment for his summer internship. Right next to 4 sorority (spelling) houses. I will be visiting him often, to say the least!
sorry for the hijack, now back to football..........
2005 GTO, Quicksilver, 6-Speed, DynaTech LT's and thats it. 366.6 hp/366.7 tq last time I checked. Sold-1995 Dark GreenTrans Am, Auto 63K. BBK Headers/off-road y-pipe/Hooker Exhaust/LPI CAI/Hypertech...need some money!!!
Football players definatly don't need another job besides football these days, they get paid enough to live comfortably even if they are a bench warmer. But I think football as far as competition is concerned has advanced far beyond what it was in the lombardi era. I'm sure back then the players practiced and worked out alot, but todays players practice and workout as a job, all day every day for some. The actual football game it's self is like a vacation I bet. I think for the most part they earn their money with all the economy and revenue they bring to the local area's like Green Bay.
I don't know alot about where the money goes really, I hope it doesn't go back into the owners pocket.
Half of my family is from Green Bay. Heck yes I'm a Packers fan!
