Hello all... I've been dealing with this clunking sound coming from the rear end. So far I changed the trans mount, torque arm bushing and U joint. I also tightened all the bolts on the rear with an impact gun. The only time it does it is when your coasting (parking lot) then you tap the gas and let off after a half second later it clunks. Any ideas?? Thanks in advance Ron.

I had a jeep that did a similar thing, turned out to be the exhasut pipe being to close to the frame, engine torque was slightly twisting it and makind a clunking sound. Check all your exhaust pipes for clearance.1995 Z28 Convertible, 350ci LT1 73K miles M6.
