93 camaro breaking up after warm up HELP!!!!!!!

Fred hopefully you read this.I drove my car today around the development and brought it back and let it run in the driveway.It heated up to 226 degrees and started run bad.I did let it cool back down to 160 and started it back up and it ran fine.I up dated my last post 93 camaro breaking up after warm up with related info may help solve my problem.Think its on page 10.I also noticed my new msd coil glowing blue on the left and right sides when i revved the motor is this normal?What could be causing the car warm up like this?Bad temp sensor or t stat?And the ses light doesn't come on.Changed the fuel filter and spaced the coil & ic module no luck still breaking up when warm.Guess it's on to the opti?

About a week and a half ago i let my ta run in the driveway for about 20 minutes to warm up in this cold NE weather and the temp gauge said that it was over 200*. Before this i had never seen it over the 1st little mark on the gauge. After a few days i tried it again and it seemed to be running near normal but occasionally goes up a little bit.

Cooling issues?

I have a 94 z 28 I had problems like that with it going up that high. It came to be that my thermasate was bad and that I blew a head gasket. If you loose antifreeze then you might want to check that out. Also overheating can be caused by you're fuse which is located under the hood. that caused my fan not to run and overheat. Just a little imput

when it says its overheating turn the heat on and feel it, if it feels warmer then normal, then u kno ur overheating. also if ur burning antifreeze, smell ur exhuast, it should smell sweet and have a distinct white smoke from it.
