  • need the name of this part

    it sits kinda where the factory air filter sat, it says guide on it, it is a black box with two pigtails going into it, one with black brown orang and yellow the other with darkblue light blue lightgreen and darkgreen, it reads replace do not repair, made in usa 16521279 then under that 3215 what am i?

    the reason i am asking is because once i charged my battery up, it constantly clicks while i am charging my battery, i will disconnect my battery, and when i reconnect it it clicks again, constantly clicking

        I think when the gears wear out on the headlight motors, they will make a grinding or clicking noise, and the headlights will not raise. Shoebox knows more about it.

          this i know, but i already replaced the headlight gears, this is coming from this little black box what he said i can find a picture of what it kinda looks like

              the headlight motors are a simple DC motor. Switching polarity of the current makes the motor reverse direction. The headlight module is responsible for switching the applied current leading to the motor. To check your headlight motors, unplug the harness connector to the motor and apply direct current from the battery. Reverse the leads and the motor should run backwards. If the motors are fine, next look to the module.
