Probably not the opti if you're running stock plugs. My car would take a minute to start before, a few seconds of cranking. People told me my fuel pump was weak, or my opti was bad. Fuel pump is new, and... I just replaced the stock plugs and it fired right up, first second of cranking. First time it's been cranked in weeks too. My stock plugs had barely any electrode left. It looked like the tip of a sharpened pencil.
Plug install won't be fun, but def. worth it.
