97 and up taillight conversion
what would involve changing out my tail lights and installing 97 and up tail lights?

I bought the 97 tail lights on ebay and got a haynes book that shows the wiring schematics. If I can remember right pre 97 has a single element and a dual element socket on the left side and the right. For 97 and up you need a two dual element sockets on each side. I got those two sockets and bulbs from off a 80's camaro in a junk yard for a buck or two. After you get the sockets its just cutting and splicing according to the schematic using very basic electronic knowledge. I dont remeber the specifics on wire colors or connections I made.
