I was thinking of getting true duals
where would I get it done and would it get better results than a cat-back system would
    any advice would be appreciated
    I have a 94 formula A4

I personally don't think that "true duals" are critical to the performance of these cars. I ran the Mufflex 4" catback at 800HP, and a buddy of mine took his to 1,125HP on a blown 383 LT1. When the catback was completely removed, in both cases, there was no measureable increase in performance running collector mufflers only. I've since added pipes to dump in front of the axle. Again, no affect on HP, based on dyno testing.

What you need to do to convert to dual will depend on the configuration of your exhaust... do you have headers?...... what kind (long tubes?)?..... do you want the duals "over-the-axle" or dumping in front of the axle?.... do you need to keep the cat? That will determine whether you can buy any ready-made parts, or whether you will need to have an exhaust shop fab up a complete system.
