My intake elbow melted on the bottom along with all the problems that have recently went wrong with my TA. The mechanic shop that my car is at says its $240 for a new rubber intake elbow from GM. I think thats a bit expensive for a stock intake elbow. I need to know where i can get aftermarket intake elbows ASAP if anyone could help out.

Do you mean the rubber 90-degree elbow that connects the MAF sensor to the throttle body? The list pirce on that, with IAT sensor as about $140. But no one - repeat "NO ONE" - in their right mind goes to a local dealer for parts.
You can get the 93-94 1LE part # 25147210 factory inlet elbow (no silencer tube, so its a lot easier to install) for $44.98 from the discount GM parts dealers that Shoebox shows in his "where to buy GM parts" page. He also has the part number and prices on his "parts numbers" page. The new elbow doesn't incude the IAT sensor, and you don't need it because you can reuse your old one.Fred

I've still got my 93 also if you're interested, plus air silencer if you need it too. Or, if you don't mind shelling out a little more, the Vortech or Trick Flow elbows will work too, as well as add a better look to the motor. Here's how it looks...
