  • shaved antenna...

ok half my antenna is gone due to the carwash heh... i figured ive been wanting to just shave it off altogther... it looks as if its keyed at the base for easy removal... however, filling the hole is another issue... i was thinking some fiberglass mesh and some body filler, sand it down and paint it....any suggestions or has anyone done this before themselves? thanks

on my old 83 t/a the owner be4 me removed the rear wiper and just left the hole open wit electrical tape over it. i just welded in a new peice of metal and ground it down, used some bondo to fill it, smoothed it all out and hit it wit black primer(was gonn repaint it but i sold it instead)
