  • First engine problem on my HawK.

    Hi all,
Last sunday my Hawk was making a ticking noise. I thought that
it was piston slap, but my older brother (who is a machanic in Louisville) said that it was something else.
He fiddled around and found out that it was the belt tensionor on the motor. He informed me to get it fixed ASAP. I told him that
the noise has been that way after I bought the Hawk. Well, went
to the Pontiac dealership here in my town (I will not take it back to were I bought it again). That was it. They fixed it right up. Now
the car seems to have more torque now.

Cool. Glad to hear a dealership treated you right. I hope they do the same for me now.
