Easy now, it looks like he bought an '01 TA on the 7th, and the seller left him + feedback. Sold for 11K. He also operates an ebay store that sells what appear to be self-defense videos... go figure... Anyway, I would not automatically assume the worst, but I would do a little research and check on who is on the other end of your auctions. Seller beware works just as well as buyer beware. Hope this goes ok, and you get the house you want. I also hope you make it back to the f-car family some day... :-)

Tracy is right. I set up stores and auctions for people on ebay and ebaymotors. A winning bidder can back out at virtually any time as long as he provides ebay with a reasonable excuse as to why.
