Last week we put my brother to rest. The reason was untreated high blood pressure. He was only 53. It appeared he died instantly. He was one of these guys who'll go to the doctor later. Well now it's too late. It's been hard to deal with since I was always little brother(even at 46) and we were pretty close.
Even though he was a Mopar guy (called me a traitor when I bought my first f body), we still liked to go to the drag races together.
My point is for everyone to keep an eye on their BP not just for themselves but for the ones you love.
Not trying to bring anybody down, but life can be short if you let it.
