  • nfb: want a solid everyday driver?

in case you ..or anyone you know are looking for a good reliable everyday driver, i dont know if ive posted this or not, but these are our (gsa fleet) auctions we hold. we only keep our passenger cars 3 yrs and light trucks 6. and always below 60k miles on the passenger cars. i handle the maint. directives for the fleet, and preventive maint. is done on time ..on schedule, or there is "h#ll to pay" by the leasing agency. some of these cars have less than 10k on them, ie: recruiter cars.

    here's the link: http://www.autoauctions.gsa.gov

and no, i cant buy one....... conflict of interest.

if you happen to go to an auction, and find one you like...you can call me at work on your cell phone, i can pull the maint. history on the car immediately from our data base and give you a thumbs up or down. email me private for my work number if you plan on going.

and no..im not on commission. this is Uncle Sam's fleet, folks.. LOL

Thanks for the info. I really need to replace the van and this gives me another option to look into. Something the kids can drive and I'll be satisfied they'll be safe in. I hate used car dealers, it's like trying to fish in the pond here by my house all the snakes and turtles makes it hard to find a good fish to keep.

          Wolfman,

Thanks for the info! I'm in San Antonio, TX and it looks like there's quite a few vehicles for sale in Fort Worth which is about a 4 hour drive.

            Wolfman,
So if I find something, how do I find more details on it? Are there pics available for the vehicles. Like the listing I found lists a cargo van and it says full size. Does this mean it is the extended wheelbase? Just curious b/c I am in the market for an extended chevy cargo!!!
            thanks for the link!!!
