Tach on cluster not working

Have you verified that your cluster is in fact receiving a engine speed reference signal? Just curious what led you to beleive that it was the cluster at fault.

The cluster is very easy to R&R. Just pop out the gauge cluster bevel and then remove the 4 small scews holding in the actual gauge cluster. Then just pull and unplug the harness pigtail from the back of the cluster.

I have no clue why it doesnt work... Was told by the seller it didnt.
