I'd say both . Even though I've heard that you don't really "feel" any difference with a wonderbar, I can't think of any reason not to get one. I've heard plenty of praise over STBs, and it makes sense, they work good and, of course, they look cool.
I actually just installed my TDS Wonderbar Tuesday. Easiest mod I've ever done to my car.

I would do both as well. They do different things for your car. The wonderbar is primarily a 3rd gen item, as the steering box mount is not in exactly a very strong part of the front frame. It has a tendancy to flex, and crack. 1LE cars got an OEM steering brace because of the higher ratio steering gear put more stress there. The STB is a brace for the front suspension geometry when the car corners. The top of the struts has a tendancy to flex under hard cornering load. On 3rd gen cars it is important to tie them to something strong like the firewall because of the way the front suspension is laid out. HTH
