LS1 brake conversion help.....

I am doing the front LS1 brake conversion and everything is going great.
However I have a question about the front brake lines. I am putting on the OE LS1 front brake hoses. I have already noticed that the inboard hose end wont fit into the mount due to the hex fitting. My question is should these LS1 hoses bolt directly on and work fine. They appear to be long enough but I havent put it on the ground yet. I have currentl bolted the LS1 hose exactly like the old LT1 came off. I also assume it will be normal for the hose fitting to be a little sloppy in the frame mount cause you cant slide the u shaped clip on. Again I just need the skinny on the brake hoses for this conversion.

I was short one so that's why I got the stainless lines.

I routed out that bracket on the right side and it fit fine.

I ended up mounting up the new LS1 hoses. I bent the hard part of the line slightly inward so they had a tad more slack. I can clearly see where they could end up a tad tight. I really want to avoid bending the metal brake lines if possible. Does anyone have any advice on the LS1 hoses for this conversion.
Also the brake pedal feels entirely different than the old brakes. They appear to be working very well.

I used the Earls. I have only put the front on and they worked fine. Some day I'll get around to the back ones.

Yea I noticed a big difference too. I just can't quantify whether it is the new brakes or just the old ones had air and old fluid in the line. I'm leaning towards the dual piston calipers being better.

I got to test mine Friday afternoon. Some blue hair turned out in front of me. I stood on the brakes. It stopped from about 40mph to 0 in about 50 feet. I was impressed.
