  • supercharger on the v6???

has anyone ever installed this powerdyne supercharger on their v6 camaro. If yes, how has it affected the car and if there were any side affects to fuel consumption or damage/sever wear?

    thanks in advance, nick

why supercharge it. Why not sell your car and get a v8. For there extra cost it will be you can put the $3500 from the charger towards the new car. The v8 will make more power than your 3800 SC'd will

thats a nice kit, id say go for it if you want to supercharge your v6, the centrifugal blowers are quite easy to install and have huge hp gains combined with cams. the v8 with a blower tho would obviously make more power but im sure you could make some pretty mean hp gains with that v6 blown. i cant speak for any v6's but my blower hasnt sacrificed any drivability or caused any problems to my motor, the only thing is that the seals on the centrifugal blowers go quite often and require rebuilding, other than that they are a real easy safe way to add hp to your motor.
