does anyone know what that kid is called. I like it except for the spoiler and the like grand prix top of the bumper. I like the side skirts a lot and the lower part of the front bumper. Do any of you guys like it too? could you point me in the direction of what its called?

its like they spliced a 3000gt and a camaro bumper in one

I don't know what kit that is but please let me say... your car would look horrible IMHO if you did that. The pic you have in your sig looks great and i don't understand why you would want to stray away from how good it looks right now. Plus just think of all the goodies that money could buy you instead of a body kit.

true, the more and more i look at that picture, i find more and more i dont like about it. I think the only thing i really like is the bottom poart of the front bumper near the license plate, for some reason i just like it, dunno why but it is kind of getting uglier and uglier with each look

Plus I'm not sure where you live, but if there's any kind of inclines like we have around here, those skirts would be toast. I agree with WS6drbob... Your car looks best as is. I wouldn't change much, if anything.

Get a SS Hood & Spoiler. It will cost you less... And your car will look much better than it would if you got that kit.

                i have an ss hood

all i like is the front bumper, looks a little like the new vette bumper. I dont like the rest of the kit and i dont really like the air ducts in the front bumper either. Just something about the straight lip in front like the new vette just gets me

well the hood and front bumper are chipped because who ever painted it originally didn't put a good clear coat on and didn't really paint it well because it looks like something snowed on my hood. So im gunna paint the hood and im considering doing a two tone hood, red out the ram air part and black the rest of it.

In a previous thread of couple of guys were saying you could get your front end resprayed for $250-$400 depending on who does it and whether or not you remove it yourself. That is what I am gonna do once I finish with my exhaust and suspension.

Reason for crappy work= $300...How much did they do for 300 bucks? Just the hood and bumper? Unfortunately you will get chips no matter what. Imagine somebodt throwing a rock at your car in excess of 60 mph, it'll chip or even dent it. The best way to find a good body shop is, and always will be, word of mouth. Ask around...between family, friends or just car guys you make conversation with, you will find a good shop around your area. Also when you find this shop, ask them to put activator(hardener) in the basecoat and flex additive in the clear coat. That will help a lot more than without it.

It just sounds to me that the body shop you went to didn't scuff/sand your stuff very well and they didn't use basecoat activator. Good Luck with it.

btw, I kinda like that front bumper too but have to say the rest is kinda ricey IMO. That hood is what I saw and decided to copy on my Caprice. But, do what YOU wanna do with your car.
