Just curious...are ground effects removable?? I mean, without damaging the paint or anything.

All the ground Effects I've ever had are bolted to the car and the metal below is usually painted the same color. There might be some imperfections on the finish due to the plastic edges rubbing against the body and uneven fading due to the sun - it just depends.
