Omg... to quote one idiot... "I run 40-42 when racing" wtf is that about? I guess he likes "drifting" and not racing. I hope it doesn't take "drifting" off the road to learn their lesson.

There's just no reaching some people. You tried, that's all you can do. Maybe when they start paying out the whazoo for new tires they'll listen.

              Too funny...

It boggles the mind why anyone would run a different PSI from what the factory recommends. They obviously want the car to have the best performance to fuel efficiency ratings. I go factory with every car I own.

Geeeeez Ken.........even after giving them all the reasons to run the correct pressures, some of these folks still aren't listening. That post almost reminds me of a ricer forum where the members try to outbrag each other over an issue that no one understands.

You can only help someone if they are willing to help themselves. You posted so much info; some people took it for what it was worth, and others blew it off. Guess some people just have to learn the hard way
To each their own I suppose.

On another note, in one of your posts you mentioned those accu-pressure valve stem caps. I just wanted to say that you recommended them to me a while back, and I wound up getting them. I must say they do the trick nicely....tire pressure is where I always want it, and it takes seconds to check all four. Good call
black 95 t/a, a4, beefed up tranny w/ higher stall converter, transgo shift kit, trans temp gauge, trans cooler, richmond 3.73's, loudmouth, hypertech programmer, 160 thermo, descreened maf, TB bypass and airfoil, trick flow intake elbow, underdrive pulleys, moroso cai, edelbrock panhard rod, bmr stb, slp sfc's, fiberglass firehawk hood, hawk pads, taylor wires, ngk plugs, royal purple fluids,...and hopefully more to come
