Rear Fender?

Ive read on other sites that the rear "fenders" (quarter panels) are part of the frame on my 96 z. is this the case? and if its not where can i getnew ones?if they are part of the frame can any one recomend a body shop or body man that can do good work on my z. will be looking to spend 2500 to 3000 this winterto change the color from black to that C5 blue. (my wife likes it) any way help would be great.

If you are asking if the quarter panels are welded on, yes they are.
