    after much deciding and browsing summit, jegs, and herbert performance:

    engine: Ram Jet 350 PFI crate engine and controller

    hedders: Hedman shortie camaro hedders

    ignition coil: Accel super coil

    ignition controller: Accel 250+ Electronic Ignition Inductive System

    radiator: Be Cool universal aluminum radiator

    transmission:

    problem- 700R4 cannot handle 350 HP cheaply, TH 350 is not OD. OD is a requirement. TH400 will not fit easily.

    Just gotta dig up 6000 dollars for everything.

    TH400 is not an overdrive tranny either.

    You need to get the 700R4 built. Art Carr claims he can build to 1,000HP, but that is a bit of an overstatement. But a 700R4 could be built up at a decent cost to handle the setup you've outlined.
