My friend has an '01 Chevy Astro. When she turns on her right blinker her hazards come on. Her shift indicator light blinks at odd times. I hit the brake pedal (with everthing off) and the door chime came on. There are other things that happen intermittently with various lights. It has keyless entry and DRLs. My thought would be the BCM. I looked for a fuse to the PCM but did not see one. Any thoughts?

Electrical
Spent too many years as an electronics tech to ever want to do it again. The best advise I can give is to start looking for bad grounds, and bad connections. These can cause the weirdest of problems. Move any wires you can get your hands on, and see if there is any effect. Gently tap around any areas you might suspect, (with something non conductive), and see if there is any response. You have one of the most difficult problems to find, the intermittent one. Good Luck!
