  • I've lost it!

Last week, one a whim, I went shopping and ended up buying an S10 pickup and a 1980 Z28 Camaro.

Here is what I've done to the S10. I've got some fun plans for this truck.
    It started out like this.

and ended up like this. I still want to lower the back a little more.

The Camaro is a project for down the road.
LS15 Power! Another LSx engine coming soon.

I have a feeling the stock S10 motor ain't stayin'!

A big cube LS1 would make for a killer sleeper.

Norm, you're not crazy. Just addicted like me.
BTW, when you get bored with the s-10, keep me in mind. I need a small parts chaser.

The LS6 from my Z06 will eventually make its way into the truck with a T56 from an fbody behind it. I'll convert the rear brakes to disk.

The Z06 is getting a heart transplant. I'm currently building a LS2 block 402 stroker. I've got MTi Stage III LS6 heads that will be fed by a Comp cam and twin 57 mm turbos blowing thru a 2 in/1 out air/air intercooler. When that project is complete, the LS6 will get some minor mods and will be inserted into the S10.

It'll look something like this. Kinda stealthy.

Unfortunately the LS1 is not a bolt-in job. Trust me, I've done one already.

LT1's... no prob. I'll do those all day long.

Don't forget to reinforce the bed/frame rails or you'll have a pretzel for a frame.
