I recently posted a question about some trouble codes that were not going away after I cleared them and I thought I had a problem with MAF and my skip shift solenoid until I took your advice and checked my fuses.
As it turns out my ENG sensor fuse was blown and as soon as I saw that I realized I had found the problem. Sure enough, I clear the codes and start the car and the check engine light is off.
So I take her for a cruise around the block and her power and throttle response is back to 100% and she idles softer and 100 rpms less. Shes driving like she did the day I bought her now!
I thought I needed a new opti or plugs because the lack of power was pretty noticeable so you must understand how glad I am that I got this problem solved.
I guess sometimes I need to go over the basics when trying to solve my problems. All that trouble over a 20 amp fuse
