Ok guys since I got my eng sensor fuse replaced and I wiped my codes I now have one the keeps coming on after a few minutes of driving. P0134 which is H02s circuit insufficient activity bank 1 sensor 1. Anyone know what this means? From the autotap definition it sounds like I have a blown sensor somewhere. Anyone have any insight as to what it could be?

When you have a problem with a code, Shoebox has the LT1-specific codes lists for OBD-I and OBD-II on his "Tech Pages".....
http://shbox.com/1/Dtcs.htm
P0134 = Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) insufficient signal activity Bank 1 Sensor 1
Bank 1 = Left side/drivers side/Cylinders 1-3-5-7
Bank 2 = Right side/passenger side/Cylinders 2-4-6-8
Sensor 1 = Pre-cat
Sensor 2 = After-cat
So you have a problem with the driver's side pre-cat sensor. That one is screwed into the bottom of the exhaust manifold, right above the flange that the catalytic convertor attaches to.
Generally, P0134 sets when the PCM sees no activity on the sensor, which would mean it is reading in the range of 350-550mV constantly. That would indicate either the sensor or the wire harness is faulty. If you have never changed the sensor, and if you have stock exhaust manifolds, and no risk of having a burned wire from a header, or fauly extensions required by a header, there is a good chance the sensor is deceased.
Replace it ONLY with a genuine AC/Delco sensor. Shoebox has the part # on his website, and also has a link for the best online prices for genuine GM parts. Your local dealer will charge you about twice as much as the sources recommended on Shoebox's site.

As Fred pointed out, P0134 is the oxygen sensor. The heated portion brings the sensor up to operating temperature quickly. It's not the critical portion of the sensor that reads the mixture. Most times the heater portion fails thowing an insuffecient activity code until it gets up to temps. It's time to replace it. BTW, mine has done that for about a month now, I just keep resetting the code until I get to replacing it this weekend.
