It has been awhile. I need to know what is the best time to change my transmission fluid on my 6-speed?

The hawk has 35200 miles on her now.

I belive the manual suggest 50K for a change, but that also depends on the abuse it has had also. a trans cooler will help with extending the life of the trans and the transmission fliud also.
