About how much would a strut tower brace, subframe connectors, trailing arms, and a panhard rod shave off of the quarter in my formula A4.
I was lookin on the internet for suspension stuff and found some good deals on these.

What year? It would affect the SFC's which are not the same between a 4th Gen and 3rd Gen.

You can get some low $$$ stuff of unknown quality off the internet. Alternatively, one of the quality suppliers like Spohn Performance can give you high quality parts for a fair price. But, Spohn only makes SFC's for 3rd Gens and LS1 4th Gens, not the LT1 4th Gens, so it helps to know what car you are talking about before we start selecting parts and suppliers.

Spohn makes every part for the 4th Gens, but the SFC's won't fit on the LT1 cars. There is an interference with the fuel lines. He's working on changing it so it will work with the LT1's. but he's been so busy with new products, he hasn't got around to it for quite a while.

My 94 has a few Spohn products:

-Race version torque arm with driveshaft loop
-Race version 1-5/16" chrome moly rear sway bar
        -Adjustable tubular LCA's
        -LCA relocation brackets
        -Adjustable panhard rod.

My subframe connectors are custom made and integrated into the 6-point roll bar.

I would recommend that you start with the LCA's and LCA relocation brackets, and the panhard rod. The LCA relo brackets will provide the most traction improvement at your level. The torque arm would not be need until you up the power level a llittle. SFC's are sort of any time you want them. I really don't think you will see a huge improvement in 60-ft times with the TA and SFC's at this point. But the SFC's do help stiffen the chassis.
