shift cable connector

I put a th350 in my fourth generation camaro, I am having problems connecting the fourth generation shift cable to the transmission gear selector. Any suggestions?

You'll need a dedicated shifter cable and shifter. The stock 4th gen is set up for a 4 speed automatic. Get yourself a good shifter for a th350 and it will come with the appropriate cable.
