    New best: 12.575@110.60, 1.887 60' on 245/50R16 Firestone Firehawk SZ50s @ 30 psi

That's a little better. It's very satisfying after having done all the work myself. Well, except for all the porting and polishing!

Good improvement. Do you have your 1/8th mile times & speed? Your 60' kills mine, (2.08). What rear gear & converter are you using?

                  1/8 mile: 8.079@86.94

I have no idea how I managed that 60' time. It's definitely a lot trickier to launch now. Used to be able to just mash it to the floor, now it takes about half throttle. Not that I'm complaining.....

That's clearly a 100HP increase..... VERY nice! And you are making good use of the HP that you have, given the low ET's and nice 60-ft times.

You have a right to proud of those numbers.

A 1.8 sixty footer is unbelievable on street tires. Ive seen 1.9's before, and I thought that was about the limit. Nice driving! I have a hard time running that with slicks

Now its time for some juice! .....and slicks.

Nice short time, especially considering a 245/50R16! Impressive. I'll bet with a little seat time and a few more suspension/chassis tweaks and you will be in the low 12's.

                            That's the first thing I was thinking.....awesome.

Great times.....nice to see another f-body breaking into the infamous 12's
Props too doing the work yourself too. There's definitely times where I just want to throw the biggest wrench I can find as hard as possible at my car when I'm working on her; but just sticking with it and finishing everything to the end always makes it just that much more gratifying.

Congrats on the new time slip....looks like it's on to the 11's now

If you managed that with street tires, imagine some Drags. Thats all you need. You need to be able to mash the gas down all the way that way you will get consistant times and know all that power is being delievered to the floor, not just a part of it. Wicked times man, good work. get some MT drag Slicks, thats plenty, or some Nittos, just remember the Nittos have to be wormed up very good to get them to stick, but when they do, boy do the stick.
