When my car was set up for corner carving, I used between -.25º and -.5º Camber for handling. What do you guys with skinny fronts use for decent control and minimized wear?

You definitely want the camber and toe to be dead zero. The caster will depend on your personal preferences. Some guys like to adjust in a little positive caster to give better "big end" of the track steering response. How fast do you wanna go?The caster will be one of those "Test and Tune" things. I've even seen some guys actually lift the front of the "vehicle" and load the rear with some ballast to simulate as best as possible their car "pulling" down the track, then setting the caster.

Are you talking about "track" handling or "street" handling? Street alignment at -1* camber, +4* caster, 0.10 toe-in worked with my 275's on a lowered front end. Not sure if it would be any different for the narrower tire.
For the track, as pointed out above, 0/0 on camber and toe-in, measured with the front end in the position it takes on the track, which may require lifting the front end a bit when its on the alignement machine.Fred
