No, I'm not crossing over, so don't even think about that lol . I'm gonna help a friend mod her 99 GT 5-spd. and would like to know if anyone knows of any good sites for mods. I know LMPerformance carries some stuff, but does anyone else know of any others? Thanks a bunch. And, for the record, I let her drive the Z and she fell in love...esp. with the Loudmouth he he he

LOL, you would be the last person to buy a Mustang..I know
As far as sites go, thunderracing.com has lots of stuff for them, and www.corral.net seems to be the equivalent to cz28.com. Maybe there's a list in there.94 Black T/A GT, Advanced Induction 355, 3200 stall, built 4L60E, Moser 9", Baer Brakes, Shooting for 11s...

Some of the GM ones do Ford too. Stealth carries BMR for cheaper than BMR sells their own stuff.
http://www.stealthperf.com/cgi-bin/s...ml?id=guS32IdD
Fast Toys does too.

Even SLP jumped on the Ford stuff.
http://www.slponline.com/
This is who I did most of my business a few years ago. They are actually a junk yard but they carry the FMS stuff too.
http://www.stangparts.com/
Here's another one I have used but they are about the most expensive place around. http://www.mustangsunlimited.com/ (They are local to me so that helped.) They have some hard to find stuff.
http://www.saleen.com/
http://www.roushperf.com/
http://www.yearone.com/ Has everything but they are pricey too. I've used them because they are local to me too.
There's always http://www.summitracing.com/ which has good prices.2002 Electron Blue Vette, 1SC, FE3/Z51, G92 3.15 gears, 308.9 RWHP 321.7 RWTQ (before any mods), SLP headers, Z06 exhaust, MSD Ignition Wires, AC Delco Iridium Spark Plugs, 160 t-stat, lots of ECM tuning
1995 Z28, many mods, SOLD

Originally posted by Steve93ZThanks a bunch Jeff . Hey, since you're a former owner, what can you suggest to increase lateral control? In the F-body, it would be the panhard rod, but on a 4-link setup, all I can think of is the actual control arms, but I fail to see how that will help much. Any suggestions?
I ripped the right upper one off my old Mustang. Strange sensation. When I hit the gas, the car yawed to the right.
The 94 and up front sway bar is hollow just like the 4th gen F-body. I hate the way the rear sway mounts. I put a 1" rear on mine. Mine had a factory 1 5/16" solid bar (1985) on the front so the 1" rear was a better match than the stock 9/16" bar. I think the way they mount only to the control arm makes them less efective than the way the F-body mounts to the axle. Therefore it takes a bigger bar to make a difference.2002 Electron Blue Vette, 1SC, FE3/Z51, G92 3.15 gears, 308.9 RWHP 321.7 RWTQ (before any mods), SLP headers, Z06 exhaust, MSD Ignition Wires, AC Delco Iridium Spark Plugs, 160 t-stat, lots of ECM tuning
