  • Paint Color-STupid Question

Does anyone know what the "official" color of my car. It's that dark forest green, I just wasn't sure what GM called it. Maybe it is forest green. I know they had a Teal color, and I'm pretty sure it's not teal.

    Thanks

2005 GTO, Quicksilver, 6-Speed, DynaTech LT's and thats it. 366.6 hp/366.7 tq last time I checked.

This should be your paint code: W12A118A , 37

If so, the color name is Medium Dark Teal. Pontiac also had a light colored Teal called Bright Aqua. Check your paint code to make sure the one I posted is indeed yours. Hope this helped.

In 1994 it was called "Dark Green Metallic". Not sure if they used the same name in 1995.

My 94 camaro is called Mystic Teal. They also had darker green I think they called it Polo Green. But thats on camaros, I'm sure it's the same as the TA's. If I had your paint code I could get my husband to look it up, he works at a GM dealership.
