I just bought some Chrome Torq Thrust II's, used. The guy who had em thought about powdercoating the center black, but didnt know if it would look good, so he taped up the lip of the wheel and spray painted over the chrome center. He ended up liking it but never got around to having it done right, Does anyone know what i could use to take that paint off without damaging the chrome underneath? I thought about using something like goof off, but was worried it would ruin the chrome i also thought about steel wool and maybe powerwashing them and maybe the paint would flake off, but i dont got a powerwasher. Also the rims all have curb rash real bad, is there anything that can be done to make curb rash look better or somewhere i can take them to have the lip grinded down the curb rash and repolish it to look like new, ALL SUGGESTIONS WELCOME!

Anyone happen to know the wholesale price of the American Racing Torq Thrust II's? I was thinking about just cleaning these up, polishing them and making them look the best possible, selling them and buying some brand new ones, considering i only paid 250 for all 4. One of my relatives manages wheel works but im having trouble getting a hold of him
