I don't even know how many times my dog has woke up out of a dead sleep 3 rooms away just because he hears the sound of opening up the plastic on a slice of cheese.....or any other noise that occurs when making food.
My friends house is the best...just like you 2 dogs and a cat. They all seem to migrate towards him everytime he eats. The second all that food is gone, they depart their ways once again. It's always annoying him that his pets don't come for affection, they come for a handout....I just always laugh

our goldens will eat anything...but we cant let them... Reno the male has IBD... so his diet is restricted... and Shelby...the 9 yr old female...well..she's just get fat....
now, Keona..the wolfdog.... you have to give her something when the goldens are not looking..or she'll eat your socks, undies, toenails, hair..........you name it.......and drink your beer!!!!!!!!

That's cute. I've got a lab that will start barking at me when I go into the kitchen and stand too long in one spot. She thinks she runs the place...well sort of, but that brings the other dogs in too.

I have two Jack Russell Terriers. When they're not eating, they're moving at blistering speeds. We got two because we figured one would just wear the other one out.... No dice. Now we have two crazed animals who just run constant circles through three rooms. Kitchen, living room, dining room... Kitchen, living room, dining room... On and on and on. If they had there way all three of them would live on a diet of tuna, cat food, and whatevers on my plate. It's kinda bad when you cant take your eyes off your food for 1 second without it dissapearing.
