    I'm looking at a 2002 WS6 automatic, loaded with 36,000 miles. Is $20,000
a decent price?? Looks like it has about every option including leather seats.

Assuming it's in good condition, that seems about right. Maybe a touch high. I've seen them going anywhere from 16-25k. KBB gives it a private party value of about $19500 in good condition, so it's in the ballpark.

No! That is two to three thousand dollars higher than what you could find a similar car for if you look hard enough. Look at the classifides on www.ls1tech.com ... similar LS1 cars are selling in the $18K range, just be patient and you'll find it.
