  • WS6, Ram Air with Automatic?

    Maybe I'm wrong but they never made a WS6/Ram Air Trans am with an auto trans did they? Especially in '96...

    Whats your thoughts on this car?

    they did make ws6 with automatic but i'm not so sure about 96 model

      i know they made ws6 formulas with autos so i dont see why they wouldnt make a TA with one

        Neither the Firebird Red Book nor the Firebird Buyer's Guide shows a tranny restriction for option WS6 in 1996.

          I know for a FACT that they built 96's with Autos... back about 4 years ago I passed up a bunch that were autos because I wanted the manual....

            I had a 97 WS6 TA that was an auto. There are actually more autos out there than 6 speeds. Autos were standard equipment, with the 6 speed being a no cost option.
