    Where I access to get inform Cast#???

    Where I can get information on www.?? for the engine LS-1 or LS-6 block vin or cast # to find out ..
    I have one> the cast # 12561168 block. which one is LT-1? LS-1 or LS-2 or LS-6?
    Cool!!! ..Keep it simple
    Working on put LS2 Carburator w/T-56 without PCM on '01 Camaro, was original V-6.

    A quick "google" showed this info:

    12561166 LS1 or LS6 Corvette Bare Block
    This aluminum block is used on th 2001 LS6 Corvette.

    Technical Notes: Uses casting P/N 12561168.
