Weird Noses?

Ok, I just got a swap from a 305 to a 350. The 350 is real fast, gives out some nice power. I’m just worried because its making a funny nose, only really when I start moving from a stop, is stops once I gain a little speed, so I only hear the nose for about 2seconds or so, its pretty loud. It sounds like its coming from the back of my car,when the nose occurs, it shakes my car, but I don’t really know wear its coming from. Should I be worried about this? My tranny is also making a funny nose, right when I start moving from a stop it makes a echoing cranky nose, and once I start gaiing a little speed it goes away. I was told its just my tranny not used to the new torque power. Anyways, about the other nose, should I be worried about this?

sounds like the "noise" is something that is unbalanced, i have to same problem on my car. Havent taken the time to fix it though... which is a bad idea
