LS6 swap??

I blew a rod through the side of my block this weekend and i was considering swapping in an LS6 in place of the LS1. I was just wondering if anyone has done this on here if i would need to replace or reflash the PCM or if the stock LS1 T/A PCM will work. Thanks in advance, Kenny
