serious headers opinions

i am going to purchase a set of headers very soon.
my question is what is the best header for my application

best sound, performance, easiest install, best quality. types of coating. i dont have all that much money to work with. but if the quality differs that much ill go with the better one. let me know what you guys think.

keep in mind i need the y-pipe also. i need prices too if you could.

i just got my pacesetter lt and off road y-pipe today it only took 5 days for me to get them. they are really nice and i like them. it cost me $550 for the headers coated and y-pipe and shiping. if you want to see some pic http://www.cardomain.com/ride/767545/5 thats my cardomain and i have like 7 pics of them on it.
