tires?

i have a 02 ws6 and i was wanting to know what other size tires i can use on it besides 275 40 17's?.......like maybe a 245 45 17......or something like that

why would you want to use a smaller tire? the 275/40r17 is what provides the upgradded handling characteristics coupled with the upgraded suspension on the ws6... although the 245/45r17 has the same rolling diameter as the 275, its over and inch narrower and fits a design rim width of 8". your rims are 9". tire manuf.'s allow for a tolerance of .50" on design rim widths for tire mounting and performance, the 245 would be spread out too much on your rims....

you can go to a 285/40r17 if you want. 255/45r17 will fit..but they will be slightly taller than your 275's, by about 1/2". down sizing to a 265/40r17 will only drop you in height by .32" approx....
