My fuse keep blowing, what could cause the fuse to blow?

Will it run for a little and then blow the fuse or just blow it right away? To start with I'd trace the wires from the fans back and see if they are burnt or damaged anywhere which can cause the positive wire to directly touch a metal ground and blow the fuse.1994 Firebird Formula, M6, Fan switch, 160 thermostat, Pacesetter LT headers, Morosso CAI, TB bypass, True duals.
