Hi i am new to the board. I have a 1994 firebird formula. It has about 98,000 on the clock and here is what i have done to it. beefed up transmission with 2800 stall converter. shift kit, hayden tranny cooler not installed yet, ,,motive 373 gears, , pcmforless.com power tuning,energy suspension polyerthane trans mount, tb bypass, flowmaster 3 inch catback,SLP cold air intaketrickflow intake elbow, tpis air foil,17' eagle chrome 077 wrapped in yokohoma dbs rubbers, it has a wings west body kit,Tecstar WS6 style ram air hood, gts front signal blackouts,pioneer 6 disc changer, all pioneer speakers and 250 watt amp.

i think my next mod will be some eiter mac jet hot coated, jet hot long tubes or jet hot coated pacesetter long tubes and some cross drilled and slotted rotors and ceramic brake pads.

my first question is, my ram air hood does not have grilles in it. anyone fabriate any for theirs? or buy them, if so where can i get them and are they expensive? i need a cheap route? gm parts direct? anyone know the part number? thank you and any help is really appreciated, i will do my best to help out anyone that i can.

Welcome! First question.. what kind of ram air hood do you have? Stock, aftermarket, year?

it is after market.it was made by a company by the name of tecstar. it was a specialty hood for them they didnt make very many. they mostly do corvette body kits. it is the WS6 style and i think the grilles will fit from a gm hood. the car is red, i just want black grilles.

call up your local dealer and ask for the part number, they should be able to find it for you. You could either order straight from them or then check online sources once you have the part number. There was an online parts manual floating around, maybe someone here can look it up for you.

He lived in MI, had a 94 red firebird, just like yours, same rims even. His sig had this in it, same as what you listed above.

Down to what kinda speakers and the hayden tranny cooler that isn't installed yet! Very weird.
