from what I've heard the fast toys ram air kit is much better then the slp flow pac and all lids are pretty much equal. As for suspention stuff go with spohn or bmr cant go wrong with either.

I have their adjustable torque arm, double adjustable panhard rod, panhard brace relocator, tubular lower control arms, relocation brackets and I can say the stuff is top notch. Prices are great! Unless you are building an all out race car, their street strip parts are just the ticket. You can also opt for the heavy duty parts whcih seem to be on par with eh spohn HD stuff. BMR just happens to be less expensive. Nothing against Spohn, it's just BMR has their prices beat all to heck.
