  • auto for 350 ho

whats a good automatic tranny for a 350 ho engine, without breaking the bank? and can i use a stock driveshaft for it or does it need to be shorter or longer?
and b4 i get flamed for having the auto im doing a knight rider replica so i think it would be tough to get into anything but first and second gears because of the dash sticking out.

What specific year F-Body? What "350 ho"? A 700R4 will handle most stuff under 500HP. If you go over that, you might be looking at a TH350 or a TH400. Do you care if you have overdrive? What kind of HP? How will it be used - street, strip?
