Today I was driving and came to a lovely sight any person likes to see... steam was shooting out of my hood. I looked around and found out that the "elbow" connector pipe that comes off the water pump had just exploded. This is the second time it has broken. The first was when I was replacing the intake manifold gasket and had to take the water pump off; the piece broke when I put it all back together after about 50 miles of driving. It was an easy fix since I was able to do it in the parking lot and had done it before, but I was wondering if anyone else had had this problem on a 3800 engine powered F-body?
