I replaced my fronts at about 120K miles but didn't really need to. I am really anal about maintainance, so while I was doing some other freshening I replaced them. A fellow board member ended up with them and to my knowledge, they are still going strong. They seem pretty durable, not many end up needing replacement. I replaced all the rear stuff when I changed gear ratios at about 128K I think. No problems at that point except for a slightly leaky seal.

I replaced my rear bearings. It was not very difficult, so long as you get the right loaner tools from your local parts store. Again, mine did not really need to be changed.

Keep in mind that you can't replace "only" the front wheel bearings on a 4th Gen. You have to buy the complete spindle cartridge, with the spindle, bearing and ABS sensor. Get's a bit expensive.

I just didnt know that much about them and if they needed to be replaced, my brakes are good and I have this rythmic squeak and thought maybe it could be a bearing. I stopped by my local chevy dealer and noticed a sign that said 60 dollars for a full wheel bearing replacement. It might be different for our cars I guess. Welp, Ill just leave them alone
