0400 Code

I have this code on my powerscan by hypertech and lost my book with the codes in it. my question is what part of the EGR system does this code pertain too, where can i get another list of codes for my personal use.

usually a 0400 EGR code means there is insufficeint flow. Possibly the the EGR tube is either plugged or partially restricted, some get this code running open headers or no cats.
